Job summary

Compass Housing Alliance, a division of Lutheran Community Services Northwest, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a housing program for veterans and residents. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate services, and ensure high-quality client-centered support in atrauma-informed framework.

Responsibilities include supervision of staff, data collection, and collaboration with community partners to promote housing stability and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a human service setting dealing with housing instability or supportive housing, mental health, or related services.
• Experience supervising staff or teams, and coordinating program activities.
• Strong written and oral communication, reporting and data-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for a housing program.
• Coordinate daily program operations and liaise with partner services and funders.
• Maintain logs, reports, and statistics; ensure program contracts are met.
• Deliver crisis counseling and case management support to participants as needed.
• Supervise Program Assistants and provide regular staff supervision and meetings.
• Collaborate with housing, service providers, city and county staff to support residents.
