Job summary

Lutheran Community Services Northwest seeks a capable Program Manager for Compass Housing Alliance in Seattle. You will lead a 32-unit permanent supportive housing program, ensuring service delivery aligns with mission, values, and funder requirements.

The role emphasizes budgeting, cross‑program collaboration, data collection, and strong leadership of housing staff. Eligibility includes experience in housing first approaches and supervising diverse teams, with WA driving and vehicle

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a human services setting with homelessness or supportive housing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in direct supervision/management of staff.
• Experience in grant/contract oversight and reporting including budget management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations including budgeting, revenue/expense monitoring, and reporting to funders.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and timely monthly/quarterly/annual invoices and reports.
• Lead collaboration with partners and coordinators to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Manage staff, schedule coverage, and provide trauma-informed supervision to Housing Case Managers and staff.
• Represent the agency in community partnerships and drive program development and sustainability.
