Job summary

The Courtyard Marriott Buffalo Downtown/Canalside is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team. The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel during overnight hours and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out in the property management system, and balancing night audit.

Pay range: $18-$19 per hour. Typical schedule: 11 PM–7 AM. Qualifications include high school diploma, hospitality experience preferred, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
• Brand experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations and update/cancel in the hotel management system.
• Organize shift paperwork and balance all room accounts and vouchers; run night audit reports.
