Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Bethesda, MD is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to maintain financial records and guest service during overnight hours.

You will run audit reports, balance revenue, and resolve system issues while ensuring a warm, guest-focused experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays on a 11pm–7:30am schedule.

Prior hotel front desk experience and basic math skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift 11pm–7:30am, including weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system and POS; make corrections and adjustments.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset the system for next day operations.
• Maintain files and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and assist team as needed.
