Responsibilities

• Audit daily restaurant revenue from POS tapes and journals.
• Break down revenue, covers, tips, and settlements by type and cashier.
• Run audit reports from Front Office and POS systems.
• Identify discrepancies and perform corrections and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot system issues that occur during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses and allowances into Front Office system.
• Generate daily reports, including Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
