Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality/accounting/business degree preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting is desirable.
• Proficiency with hotel systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Overnight front desk operations management.
• Balance daily revenue and perform end-of-day accounting.
• Audit daily transactions and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate PMS records and data entry.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and guest service during overnight hours.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight needs.
