Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Review and organize management reports for timely delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Perform guest services duties (check-in/check-out, reservations, etc.).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Transmit credit card transactions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Communicate issues to management and escalate as needed.
