Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a confident Night Auditor to lead overnight operations, ensure accurate daily financial close, and deliver exceptional guest service after dark. This role requires visible leadership, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and brand standards across all outlets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overnight managerial presence and maintain visibility for guests and staff.
• Balance daily financials and post accurate totals across outlets and systems.
• Coordinate with GEM/AGM/GM on special projects and nightly close procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and Heritage standards and protect guest data.
• Provide calm, professional guest service during late hours and high-pressure situations.
