Job summary

Rogers Group Inc. seeks an experienced Haul Truck Driver for an Overnight shift in Ennis, Texas. The ideal candidate will operate rigid and/or articulated haul trucks with a strong safety focus and be prepared for overtime and outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities include loading, inspecting, and maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the yard and maintenance teams to ensure efficient rock movement and adherence to all regulations.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Dedication to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from pit to crusher.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation.
• Perform servicing and maintenance as directed by management.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Follow all safety, OSHA/MSHA and environmental rules.
