Rogers Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Haul Truck Driver for an Overnight shift in Ennis, Texas. The role requires operating rigid frame and/or articulating haul trucks with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include moving shot rock, performing inspections, and supporting a team in a fast-paced quarry environment. A clean driving record and valid license are required, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Experience operating rigid frame and/or articulating haul trucks.
• Ability to perform general labor and cleanup duties as directed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation per company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained by management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/Environmental regulations.
