Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. in Vega, Texas is seeking a Haul Truck Driver to operate rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks with a strong focus on safety. The role requires working outdoors, often in variable weather, and collaborating with the pit and plant teams.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and adhering to company policies and environmental regulations while delivering rock to the crusher and supporting site operations.

Qualifications

• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Previous experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks preferred.
• Ability to perform general laborer and cleanup duties as needed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation per company policies.
• Maintain and service equipment as directed by management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all policies and OSHA / MSHA / environmental regulations for safe work.
