MGM Springfield, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Guest Room Attendant to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across all rooms, ensuring a welcoming stay. You will clean and service guestrooms, including beds, bathrooms, and amenities, report maintenance needs, and work a full-time Fri-Tue shift 9:00 AM–5:45 PM, with weekend and holiday coverage.

Formación

• Three (3) months of related housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a similar resort setting is preferred.
• Able and willing to work a full-time schedule: Friday - Tuesday, 9AM - 5:45PM, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guestrooms, including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and dusting surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls, toilets, and floors.
• Replenish guest amenities and arrange towels and bathmats.
• Report unusual room conditions or maintenance needs.
• Complete tasks according to the room classification checklist.
