Terratron is seeking a Night Audit professional to be the overnight guest contact, perform end-of-day reporting, audits, date roll, and house bank balancing, ensuring deposits and receipts are accurate. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out and resolve issues to maintain service quality.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Reliable, self-motivated, and responsible with time management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to business needs.
• Computer, property management system, and cash handling skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, requests, and questions.
• Verify reservation information and process guest transactions accurately.
• Handle financial transactions, cash handling, deposits, or house bank responsibilities where assigned.
• Explain room features and property information to guests.
• Process payments, disputes, and guest account needs as assigned.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, market, and public-facing areas according to standards.
• Communicate guest needs and operational updates to housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership.
