Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated full-time Night Auditor to join our team and ensure a smooth transition to the next day’s operations. You will balance charges, manage guest transactions, and work with front desk systems to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Overnight/3rd shift availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Night Audit experience preferred.
• Overnight and weekend availability required.
• English communication proficiency (written & spoken).
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk responsibilities: greet guests, process reservations, balance transactions, run audit reports, and take messages for guests and management.
• Enter data on the front desk computer system using the PMS.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests.
• Own and resolve guest complaints within authority.
• Monitor front desk areas for safety and appearance; report issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status.
• Maintain cash control and deposits according to policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
