Job summary

First Hospitality's Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee-North is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to greet guests, manage the overnight check-in/out process, and ensure accurate daily reporting with brand-standard service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/out per brand standards.
• Process billing and assist with departures.
• Communicate with guests via phone or electronic channels.
• Maintain guest records, cash reports and audit logs.
• Promote loyalty programs and rate packages/upgrades.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to meet expectations.
• Listen to guest feedback and resolve concerns.
• Uphold professionalism and know emergency procedures.
• Balance house bank and log transactions during shift.
