Job summary

Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon seeks a friendly Guest Services Attendant to welcome guests from arrival to departure. You will be the primary ambassador, delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding guests through resort offerings.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll coordinate spa, dining, and golf reservations, assist with guest needs, and collaborate with outfitter partners to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer and typing skills are required.
• Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
• DPSST Unarmed Security certification preferred.
• Clean driving record and a valid license to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with appropriate sequence of service standards throughout interaction both in person and over the phone.
• Assist guests with issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction and use supervisor support when necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between resort guests/members and the resort’s outfitter partners by providing guests/members with detailed, in-depth information about each tour/service that the different outfitters provide.
• Facilitate and confirm guest/member reservations for onsite Spa Brasada, dining & golf reservations.
• Effectively communicate with all departments on future activities, VIPs, and hours of operation.
• Explain resort products, services, and other information about the resort
• Maintain accurate logs of various activities.
• Accurate accounting of cash bank assigned to the Front Desk.
• Provide shuttle service on property as needed.
• Complete Night Audit procedure using SMS Property Management System, Jonas Club Management, and any other related IT systems necessary
• Maintain an organized, sanitary and safe working area.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
