Qualifications

• Previous guest service and reservation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; typing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a flawless stay and collect necessary information.
• Respond to guest calls or inquiries about room reservations and make reservations accordingly.
• Provide information on Brasada offerings, promotions, events, pricing, and upsell Brasada amenities.
