Qualifications

• Previous guest service and reservation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Excellent computer and typing skills are required. Excel and Word proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests as the main point of contact to ensure a flawless stay.
• Respond to guest calls or inquiries about room reservations and provide information to reserve rooms.
• Maintain arrival experience with clear communication and accurate guest information.
