Job summary

Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services and manage laundry and dishware operations. You will assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met across the property.

The role requires working the night shift (11:00pm–7:00am) in a hotel environment, with responsibilities including laundry processing and maintaining PAR levels for housekeeping carts and laundry rooms.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Ability to operate the property management system and complete audit-related tasks.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic and accuracy in handling numbers.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems and address guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out according to company guidelines.
• Handle laundry, answer phones, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Process laundry (wash, dry, fold) and dishware per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast according to brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance checks.
• Comply with all policies, report safety issues promptly.
