Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, check in/out, and manage laundry operations while answering phones and upholding safety standards across the property.

The role includes laundry and dishware processing, breakfast setup, and routine housekeeping support. Typical shift is 11:00pm to 7:00am, with duties across front desk and housekeep­ing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English with guests and colleagues.
• Experience in hotel operations or housekeeping is a plus.
• Able to follow safety and security procedures at all times.
• Accurate cash handling and payments processing abilities.
• Ability to perform laundry, dishwashing and basic cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/out per guidelines.
• Process laundry including stains, washing, drying, and folding.
• Process all dishware and packaging per standards.
• Stock carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast according to brand standards.
• Conduct daily tours to inspect cleanliness and maintenance.
• Report safety and security issues promptly.
