Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs, and manage laundry and dishware according to brand standards.

The role covers washing, drying, folding linens and towels, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety, security, and cleanliness across the property. The night shift is 11:00pm–7:00am, with opportunities to support additional hotel locations when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Processes all laundry including treating stains, washing, drying, folding linens, terry, blankets, shower curtains.
• Processes all dishware washing, drying and packaging.
• Stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry rooms with products to maintain PAR levels.
• Sets up and maintains grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts periodic daily tours to inspect cleanliness and maintenance.
• Complies with safety and security policies, including cash handling and key control.
