Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services, manage laundry operations, and ensure safety protocols are followed. The role includes checking guests in/out, handling payments, and maintaining supply levels across housekeeping areas.

The position is on site with opportunities to contribute to a high-standard guest experience while supporting hotel operations 11:00 pm–7:00 am shifts.

Qualifications

• Must understand and communicate in English to interact with guests and staff.
• Experience operating the property management system is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math for transactions, balances, and reporting.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in and check-out.
• Handle laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Process dishware and maintain kitchen/closet carts.
• Ensure stock of cleaning and laundry supplies to PAR levels.
• Maintain breakfast setup and conduct property tours for cleanliness.
