Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hotel or hospitality procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Handle laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Process dishware per standards and stock housekeeping carts.
• Record reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
• Support grab-and-go breakfast setup per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to check cleanliness and safety.
