Job summary

Extended Stay America in San Jose is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and laundry duties. You will handle towels, linens, and dishware, while ensuring safety and security standards are followed. The role also involves stocking carts and supporting breakfast setup.

The position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work evening to early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently.
• Experience with hotel PMS and front desk interactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out according to guidelines.
• Complete laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and maintain PAR levels across the property.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast according to brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to inspect cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all company policies including cash handling and key control.
