Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight and manage laundry and related tasks. You will check guests in/out, handle payments per guidelines, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include processing all laundry and dishware, stocking housekeeping carts, and assisting with breakfast setup and site tours. The role requires reliability and good English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and colleagues.
• Experience with a property management/system is a plus.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check-in/check-out and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process laundry (wash, dry, fold) and dishware according to standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours and report safety issues.
