Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guests and maintain laundry operations in the hotel. You will check guests in/out per guidelines, process linen and dishware, restock carts, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

The role requires English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Shift is 11:00pm–7:00am, with weekly pay and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and read shift reports.
• Follow safety and operating procedures and maintain routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out and payments.
• Process laundry including stains treatment, washing, drying, folding linen and towels.
• Process dishware washing, drying, and packaging per guidelines.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures as required.
• Assist with grab-and-go breakfast setup and daily property tours.
• Report safety and security issues promptly to management.
