Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services and maintain cleanliness across the property. The role includes checking guests in and out, processing payments, and completing all laundry tasks (linens, towels, blankets) while ensuring safety policies are followed.

The position requires punctuality, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently during a night shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/out and payments.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process dishware and restock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms.
• Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain grab-and-go breakfast setup per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to monitor cleanliness and safety.
