Dash In in Upper Marlboro, MD is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member to join our 24/7 retail team. This role offers part-time or full-time hours with a pay rate of $15.50–$18.00 per hour, plus a $1/hour overnight premium.

You will deliver outstanding service, stock shelves, maintain a clean store, and support the team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail customer service experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including

• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile and process transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and displays, keeping products organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store environment including restrooms and exterior areas.
• Support the team across tasks from cashiering to porter services as needed.

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
