Dash In in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment.

You will assist guests, stock shelves, keep the store clean, support the team, and handle cash with care while maintaining a positive store image. This role can be full-time or part-time with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

Role: Guest Experience Team Member

Location: Dash In - Upper Marlboro, MD

Status: Full-time or Part-time

Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight)

What We’re Looking For

• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
