Dash In in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment. You will engage with guests, assist with transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

The role supports a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities to grow, participate in safety and training programs, and provide memorable guest experiences through every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or willingness to complete company-paid GED program.
• At least 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas, including restrooms and parking lots.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
