Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member for its Upper Marlboro, MD location. The role is available as full-time or part-time, with a pay rate of $15.50-$18.00 per hour plus a $1 overnight shift bump.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image.
• Restock shelves and displays, keeping products organized and accessible.
• Sweep, mop, and clean the store interior and exterior, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support the team by assisting in cashiering and porter duties as needed.
• Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked : Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store : Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team : Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care : Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
