Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Bowie, MD to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. You will assist guests, process transactions, restock, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of retail customer service, and flexibility for days, nights, overnights and weekends. Dash In offers PTO, tuition reimbursement, health coverage, 401(k) match, and employee discounts.

• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions, and project a positive image.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays for accessibility.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, clean interior/exterior and restrooms.
• Support the Team: Cover cashiering to porter services as needed.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow policies for accurate cash handling.

Location: Dash In - Bowie, MD
Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight)

• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
