Job summary

Dash In in Annapolis, MD is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member for an overnight shift (10 pm–7 am). You will deliver exceptional guest service, handle transactions, restock, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment in a fast-paced 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests and process transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and maintain organized displays.
• Keep store clean inside and outside, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support the team across cashiering and porter duties as needed.
• Follow company cash handling policies and record transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
