Job summary

Victoria Palms Inn & Suites, part of First Hospitality, seeks a Night Auditor to support guests overnight, process and track transactions, and uphold brand service standards.

You’ll welcome arrivals, verify billing, handle confidential records, promote loyalty programs, communicate with hotel departments, and assist in emergencies, with 2+ years of customer service and a high school diploma. This position is based in Donna, Texas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and complete arrival/check-in with accurate information.
• Verify billing and encourage return visits.
• Engage with guests via phone or electronic communication per brand standards.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling guest records, cash reports, audit reports.
• Promote loyalty programs and offer rate packages and upgrades when appropriate.
• Communicate with hotel departments to ensure timely delivery of guest expectations.
• Listen to guests and address concerns.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with brand and company expectations.
• Know and communicate hotel emergency procedures and assist in emergencies.
• Log all transactions and balance house bank if applicable.
