Job summary

The Seaport Hotel LLC is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Representative to serve as the first and last impression for guests, handling guest questions, check-ins, and billing audits.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking during overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and collaboration with housekeeping, engineering, reservations, and F&B to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Hospitality Service or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with guests with professional grammar.
• Handle cash, deposits, and credit card transactions.
• Assist with foreign currency exchange and parking transactions.
• Support all guest services areas including reception and concierge.
• Process room reservations and manage night audit procedures.
• Coordinate daily events reporting and maintain the Daily Communication Board.
• Provide directions to the hotel, Seaport World Trade Center, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean work environment and assist training of new staff.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, and F&B teams.
• Pass information to the next shift to ensure continuity.
