Job summary

The Seaport Hotel LLC seeks an Overnight Guest Services Representative who will be the first and last impression for guests, auditing rooms and preparing for the next day while supporting multiple guest services areas.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to overnight challenges; shifts typically run 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality service or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multitask during high volume periods.
• Willingness to learn hotel systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests via email maintaining proper grammar and professionalism
• Handle cash, deposits, and credit card transactions accurately
• Process parking transactions using cash and credit cards as needed
• Support all guest services areas including reception, concierge, bell and door, and gift shop
• Perform night audit procedures and coordinate daily events reporting
• Train team members and maintain security of the hotel lobby
• Pass on pertinent information to the following shift to ensure seamless communication
• Assist Overnight Manager and staff with special projects as assigned
