Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests via email with proper grammar and professionalism.
• Handle cash, deposits, and credit card transactions.
• Coordinate room reservations and VIP requests.
• Support all guest services areas (reception, concierge, bell staff).
• Perform night audit procedures and daily events reporting.
• Assist Overnight Manager and train new team members.
• Maintain security and a clean work environment.
• Coordinate daily events reporting using Delphi and Excel.
