Auburn Hospitality in Auburn, AL is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to oversee nightly financial postings and balancing, while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will balance accounts, ensure security, and support the front desk during overnight hours.

A flexible, 24/7 mindset and knowledge of hotel systems are highly valued. Responsibilities include nightly auditing, cash handling, shift coverage, and maintaining a neat work area.

Qualifications

• Maintain guest confidentiality and security of hotel operations.
• Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures is preferred.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members in writing, verbally, and in person.

Responsabilités

• Oversee night audit activities including posting, balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions.
• Provide friendly, personalized service to guests and colleagues.
• Balance the cash drawer and secure funds throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with front desk for overnight operations and cover shifts as needed.
• Be familiar with hotel systems (PBX, locks, PMS) and systems used for guest check-ins.
