Main responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, rework, and safety, while delivering data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Shift: Sun-Thu, 10pm-6am.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Ability to lead overnight operations and shift work schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Overnight maintenance and rework to maximize daytime vehicle availability.
• Coach staff, recruit, onboard, and train workshop personnel.
• Monitor KPIs and drive lean improvements in overnight workflows.
