Job summary

Harris Teeter in Fulton, Maryland is seeking a Full Time Grocery Management Assistant (Overnight) to supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department, with potential responsibility for the HBC/GM Department and to help drive store goals. You will interview and train associates, plan, assign and direct work, and participate in performance appraisals.

You’ll address complaints, resolve problems, and uphold safety, quality, and customer service standards to ensure a smooth overnight

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2–3 years related experience.
• Commitment to customer service and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to complete required training and to help team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete company training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
