Job summary

Harris Teeter in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Full Time Grocery Management Assistant (Overnight) to assist in supervising up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department, with potential duties in HBC/GM.

You will help plan and direct work, participate in interviews and training, evaluate performance, address complaints, and uphold company policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Full Time Grocery Management Assistant(Overnight)

Assist to manage and supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department. May also be assigned responsibility for the HBC/GM Department. Is responsible for assisting with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws

Compensation

• Pay Transparency: Harris Teeter reasonably expects to pay between $19.00/hour and $27.50/hour for this role as a newly hired associate. Pay may depend on previous experience and skill sets of the applicant.

You will be eligible for Harris Teeter’s group benefit plans that pertain to your position upon the completion of applicable waiting periods. Your eligibility for these benefits is subject to the terms of the applicable plan and Harris Teeter policy.
