Job summary

Harris Teeter in Severna Park, MD is seeking a Full Time Grocery Management Assistant (overnight) to supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department.

You will support the Grocery Manager, assist with training, performance reviews, and day-to-day operations, while upholding company policies and delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to work overnight shifts in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two to three years related experience and/or training.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
