Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas are helpful.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze basic sales data.
• Demonstrated leadership in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day store operations across departments.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve service and sales.
• Staffing, selection, and development to support staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and involvement in promotion decisions.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions; advise on discharge decisions.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and controlling shrink.
