Job summary

Hilton in Indianapolis is launching Signia by Hilton Indianapolis and seeking an Overnight Front Office Manager to lead the opening front desk team. The role focuses on creating a warm, guest‑centred experience from day one and building a high‑performing guest services operation.

As part of the opening team, you will shape guest service standards, manage night-shift front office activities, and drive occupancy and guest satisfaction through effective leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hotel front office operations
• Strong guest service orientation
• Effective communication and team coaching

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front office operations: guest service, registration, room inventory, and policy adherence
• Monitor guest satisfaction and guide improvements to enhance service
• Promote hotel services and up-sell to drive occupancy and revenue
• Provide regular updates and training to front office staff on offerings and local attractions
• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly
• Supervise and develop front office team, coach performance and maintain a positive work environment
