Job summary

The role reports to the Director of Front Office and focuses on overnight operations, revenue management support, and maintaining service standards across the Rooms

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to perform nightly audit incl. balancing daily revenue.
• Skilled in handling guest complaints professionally.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions onsite.
• Strong knowledge of hotel ops and front desk protocol.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms departments with professional, friendly service.
• Provide leadership while fostering a compassionate, collaborative work environment.
• Handle guest concerns quickly, notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments.
• Maximize rooms revenue through upsells, loyalty enrollments, and revenue strategies.
• Oversee overnight shift operations: front office, night audit, safety.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting of daily packets per auditing guidelines.
