Indigo One, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor and Valet Attendant to manage the overnight desk and vehicle valet operations in our hotel in Washington. The role combines front desk duties from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

with supervising and guiding guest service for the valet team. Responsibilities include registering guests, balancing transactions, preparing daily reports, and maintaining security. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Problem solving to resolve guest issues and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient in Windows OS, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Clear communication and quick decision making.
• Must pass drug test on hire.

Responsabilités

• Register guests and handle reservations during overnight shift.
• Balance day’s work and prepare daily reports.
• Maintain Front Office computer system operation.
• Ensure safety procedures and security measures are followed.
• Provide friendly guest service and resolve issues.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to brand standards.
• Assist in valet operations and manage guest vehicles.
