Hotel Indigo in Washington is seeking a Valet Attendant to ensure the safety of guest vehicles and provide superior service. You will manage keys, document vehicle details, and help control traffic flow with accuracy and courtesy.

Candidates should be at least 25, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid license, and a clean MVR. Prior hotel experience is a plus; you must pass a drug test and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required and/or hotel-related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record).
• Minimum of one year driving experience.
• Must pass drug test upon hire.
• Must convey information clearly and accurately.
• Must stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to drive manual or automatic transmissions.
• Must work outdoors in inclement weather.

Responsabilités

• Approach guests and staff in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain attendance per brand standards and hotel needs.
• Ensure vehicle safety and assist in efficient delivery of guest vehicles.
• Secure guest keys and document vehicle information in the valet system.
• Direct traffic flow and provide superior guest service.
• Assist guests with transportation and wheelchair needs when required.
• Enter data accurately in the valet software and manage dispatch duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and support front desk tasks as needed.
