CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to manage night operations and guest safety. The role requires calm, professional handling of urgent situations and collaboration with resort teams to maintain security and guest satisfaction.

The position is part-time (Friday and Saturday overnights) with potential for additional PM shifts. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, and benefits include health insurance eligibility after

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front desk, security, or facilities is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during high‑pressure situations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Assist with after-hours facility maintenance and operational needs.
• Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with resort teams to uphold a secure and well-maintained environment.

This position is part‑time position, Friday and Saturday overnights only; typically from 10pm to 6am or 11pm till 7am.

Could accommodate additional PM shifts if desired.
