Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ, is seeking a courteous bartender to deliver exceptional hospitality to resort guests. You will prepare beverages, maintain a clean bar, and ensure guests receive thoughtful recommendations. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Previous bartending experience in a resort or high-volume setting and knowledge of drink recipes and mixology are essential. Candidates should hold a Food Handler’s Card or equivalent alcohol-service certification;

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or high-volume setting.
Familiarity with drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
Food Handler’s Card and Alcohol Serving Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages to resort guests with exceptional hospitality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
Adhere to standard recipes, safety, and health guidelines.
Engage with guests and provide drink recommendations.
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
Support the resort team in delivering outstanding service.
