Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front desk, security, or facilities is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during high‑pressure situations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Assist with after-hours facility maintenance and operational needs.
• Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with resort teams to uphold a secure and well-maintained environment.
